Welcome To PSPplaygound.
*A Note On Copyright*
In accordance with Title 17 U.S.C. Section 1077, any copyrighted work in this board is distributed as fair use without profit or payment to those who have expressed a prior interest in receiving the included information for non profit research and educationl or criticism purposes only.
Having stated the law, this board is for non profit use only. PSPplayground.net does not condone Graphic theft, and does respect the artists that so diligently work on an inspired piece of art work.
That having been said, we cannot be held responsible for any copyrighted material that comes through this board as we cannot possibly know the artist, creator or every peice of art, graphic that is shared, nor can we be held responsible for what any member may do outside of this board. Any and all copyright issues are the responsibility of the receiver once received.
1. Members are to post in a friendly manner. Any disrespect, cursing or abuse of any kind will NOT be tolerated.
2. This board is open to all audiences. Posting Pornographic or offensive images, links, text, etc. is unacceptable and will NOT be tolerated.
3. Members are to respect the copyright of others. Users linking or asking for information on warez, cracks etc. or copying material without permission will get a warning. There will only be 3 warnings thereafter resulting in being banned.
4. SPAM is not tolerated here at all. Users will be banned!
5. The Administrator's & Moderator's reserve the right to edit or delete any post at any time without question. The determination of what is construed as indecent, vulgar, pornographic, spam etc. is up to board Admins and Mods. Administrator's reserve the right to ban a user at any time.
6. The above rules also apply to private messages. Abuse to PM's will result in a warning. There will only be 3 warnings thereafter resulting in being banned.
7. Avatars- At the moment, avatars can be 100 x 100 pixels. This may change in the future. Check back here for any changes.
8. Signatures- Signatures can be no more then 400 X 400 pixels. You may only use 1 signature. Sig tag rotation is allowed.
9. Please respect the work of others. We are not responsible for copyright issues by other members. If you feel your work is here without permission, please e-mail us at admin@pspplayground.net and your work will be deleted immediately!
10. We are not responsible for any files downloaded from this site. As with anything, you should take extreme caution when downloading files from the internet.
11.We are NOT responsible for ANY S&S (Snagging&Sharing) Links, Programs, Tubes, Filters, anything of this nature passed along by a group share is NOT the responisiblity of PSPplayground.net
12. If you have a site or forum you'd like to share with our forum, you will need written permission from an Administrator or Moderator.
No exemptions! Any such posts without permission will be deleted!
If you would like to exchange banners, please post a request for approval in the "Links Page" thread.
13. You MUST only use 1 user name for this forum. Any member found using more then one user name to access this forum will be banned. If you have problems accessing the forum with your user name, contact an Administrator or Moderator to have your problem resolved.
14. ALL members must go to the "Read and Sign" post to acknowledge that you have read these rules and the terms that you will find when you go to the " Read and Sign Post"
